You searched subi chat, clicked the first result, and nothing happened. That matches what we found. On 8 August 2026 the brand's own address did not respond for us, a second result was a page about a town in Bosnia, and a third domain served no content at all. Here is what each result really is. If you just want a conversation, type a nickname above for free text or voice chat, no account, 18 and over.
We opened every organic result for subi chat on 8 August 2026 and recorded what loaded. Three of the six carry the brand name, and they do not agree with each other. The rest are not the service at all. This is not a criticism of the people who run it, sites go down and search results go stale, but it does explain why the search feels broken from the outside.
| Result | What it is | What happened when we opened it |
|---|---|---|
| subichat.in | The brand's own site, listed as Indian chat online to talk with strangers | Did not respond on either attempt |
| y99.in, Subi page | A location page for a place called Subi in Bosnia and Herzegovina, on an unrelated chat network | Loaded, but it is not this brand |
| Facebook listing | A public profile search for the words subi chat | A people listing, not a chat service |
| subichat.chatovod.com | A room hosted on a third-party chat platform, carrying profiles, an ignore list, coins and a VIP tier | Loaded, and it works |
| subichat.com | The same name on a different domain | Served no page content |
| FunChat | An unrelated free anonymous chat room aimed at India, no sign-up by its own description | Loaded, but it is a different service |
Checked 8 August 2026 from a single connection. A site that does not answer for us may still answer for you, and outages are usually temporary.
Subi chat is an Indian stranger chat service, listed in search as Indian chat online to talk with strangers. We are being careful with that description on purpose: because the main address did not load for us, this comes from its search listing and from the room still running on a third-party host, not from reading its own front page. That is thinner evidence than we would normally publish on, and it is better to say so than to describe features we did not see.
The version that did load is a room hosted on a general-purpose chat platform. Its interface offers profiles you register, an ignore list, coins and a VIP tier, which is a very different shape from a one-to-one match with a stranger. If that room is what you were looking for, it is still there. If what you wanted was to be paired with somebody at random and talk, it is not really that.
Puggle comes up in the same searches and is worth describing accurately, because it is not the same shape as this site. Its own front page calls it a modern space for anonymous chat and building connections, and it is built around rooms: find a room, start an empty one, or join one by name. It says that when you visit, your device is provided with a Puggle account, and that this username carries a reputation, hidden in rooms by default.
It also handles more than text, listing images, screenshots, voice clips, videos and raw files, with shared content viewable for 30 minutes and messages disappearing if you leave for more than a few minutes. It states an 18 or older requirement. So Puggle is anonymous in the sense of not asking your real name, while still assigning your device an identity that follows you between rooms. That is a genuine difference from a service with no account of any kind, and worth knowing before you pick.
| What you get | The hosted subi chat room | Puggle | talk2strangers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shape of the chat | A room you join | Rooms you find, create or name | One to one, matched at random |
| Account | Registered profiles, plus coins and VIP | An account assigned to your device, carrying a reputation | None, and none can be created |
| What you can send | Text, with gifts and extras | Text, images, voice clips, videos and files | Text, or a live voice conversation |
| Camera | Not offered in the room | Video files can be shared | Never, at any stage |
| Stated age rule | Not stated on the room | 18 or older | 18 and over |
Each column is read from that service's own page or interface on 8 August 2026.
talk2strangers pairs you with one other person at random, for typing or for a live voice call, and never in a room. It asks for a nickname and nothing else. There is no sign-up, no email, no password, no profile page and no device identity that follows you around, so there is nothing to register and nothing to be locked out of. Voice keeps the tone and timing that typing flattens, while no camera is involved at any point.
The honest half. There are no rooms here, so if the appeal was a named room you return to with the same regulars, this is the wrong shape and the hosted room is the better fit. There is no file or image sending, no gifts, no coins and no VIP tier. There is no friends list and no way to find somebody again once a chat ends. On the record side, precision beats a slogan: no account and no profile at all, typed content deleted on a short clock, and nothing held past that except where the law demands it. The privacy notice spells out the specifics.
This search is a good example of a general problem, so here is the short version of what actually helps.
Comparing more names in this corner of the web? What the word anonymous actually covers is the useful test to apply to any of them, and our read on TalkWithStranger covers a much larger room-based service if rooms are what you are after.

What we opened while writing this: Puggle chat for its own description of rooms, device accounts and file sharing, the hosted subi chat room for its profiles, coins and VIP tier, and the history of online chat for how hosted rooms and one-to-one matching diverged.
