1. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older. The service is not directed to minors; we prohibit and remove anyone under 18.
2. Acceptable use. Your use is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate termination, preservation of records, and reporting to authorities.
3. No recording of peer audio. Voice calls are peer-to-peer; our servers do not receive or record call audio.
4. Moderation. We may monitor, filter, suspend, and remove content and accounts at our discretion to keep the service safe (Good-Samaritan moderation), including automated screening for illegal content.
5. Disclaimers. The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for user conduct or content to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. DMCA. Copyright complaints: [email protected]. Repeat infringers are terminated.
7. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use is acceptance.
